My master thesis addresses the topic of cross-cultural UX design, exploring the gap when Western design sensibilities meet Chinese user expectations. I developed and tested a set of culturally informed design guidelines – examining not only what and why certain design elements should be adapted, but also how designers interpret and apply these adaptations in practice.


TraveLink is a mobile app designed to connect travelers with compatible, verified companions – fostering safe, enjoyable, and memorable shared travel experiences. It combines social connection with practical travel features, creating a space where trust and adventure meet.


This project explores the tension that arises when a pattern breaks – and the unease it evokes – drawing inspiration from Masahiro Mori’s concept of the Uncanny Valley. Presented at V2_ Rotterdam as an interactive exhibition and spatial installation, The Uncanny Valley of Broken Patterns translates scientific research into a tangible, sensory experience.


Smart Makers Delft is a platform designed for Gemeente Delft to connect the city’s makers and foster collaboration. The project brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to learn, collaborate, and grow smarter together. Our team developed the visual identity, logo, and tone of voice, translating the project’s social mission into an inclusive design.
